In middle school, I got a Fujifilm Instax Mini 9 in baby pink and fell in love with film.

Ever since then I have dibbled and dabbled with film cameras, and discovering VHS videos only furthered my adoration for the style of photography that had seemingly gone out of style.

While this started as a fun hobby, it has morphed into so much more. It became a way to capture my friends and family in a new light.

Here are some pictures captured on my Minolta Explorer Freedom Zoom (may she rest in peace) and my Minolta Zoom 130c

A video I recorded on Juneteenth/Father’s Day highlighting my granddad.

Here’s a VHS video I captured for Emily Chertow’s Jazz and Journaling Class.

I chronicled my senior year of college and here it is!

(I also take pictures on regular cameras as well)
